Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, no minimum spend, no exceptions.

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase. Once dispatched, delivery is via Royal Mail Tracked and typically arrives within 2-3 working days.

We currently ship to UK addresses only.

Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a 30 day return window from the date of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

Return postage is on us — we'll cover the cost of sending it back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

Wrong Size?

If you've ordered the wrong size we'll make it right. Contact us at info@alphapadel.co and we'll arrange an exchange for the correct size at no extra cost.
